Refund Policy

NIDE follows a strict no-refundable policy, but substitution of the participants may be considered.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the institute reserves the right to postpone/reschedule any batch. The course fee will not be refunded under these circumstances
Only reservation fees are conditionally refundable strictly only before the final ‘Enrollment Confirmation” from NIDE via email or any other communication channel/s. Reservation Fees are non-refundable once a participant receives the final “Enrollment” confirmation via email or any other communication channel/s from Admission Cell.
Refunds of Reservation fees to students from the institute will be processed in 30 working days.
Institute will cancel the admission of a candidate if the due installment is not cleared after 15 days of the deadline.
Late fee payment will attract a penalty of 5% per month on the installment amount after the due date.
No fee will be refunded if we shift the learning mode of the course to online because of any unforeseen circumstances
No fee will be refunded if we start offline training and the non-resident Bangalore student is not willing to relocate for pursuing the course. Intimation and sufficient time will be given to the student for the same
No amount will be refunded to the student if he/she has got a scholarship or any fee waiver for the course
While applying for Post Graduate Programme, the University or Certification Partner application fee paid by the applicant is non-refundable.

In case, the admission of the student is canceled on account of disciplinary action or violation of Anti Ragging Regulations or Substance Abuse or Breach of Code of Conduct or any other Rules & Regulations of the Institute, No Refund of fees is permissible.
Admission is canceled on grounds of failing the eligibility verification by the Institute or University or Certification Partner, then also no amount will be refunded.
In any other case which is not covered in these rules, the decision would be taken by the Management.

Admission Cancellation

Admission of the student will be canceled by NIDE on account of disciplinary action or violation of Anti Ragging Regulations or Substance Abuse or Breach of Code of Conduct or any other Rules & Regulations of the Institute. No refund of fees is permissible
Admission stands canceled if a student doesn’t report to the institute for more than 20 days and no refund of fees is permissible.
Admission stands canceled on grounds of failing the eligibility verification by the Institute or University or Certification Partner, then also no amount will be refunded.
Admission stands canceled if a student fails to pay fees 15 days after the given deadline date.
